Bookings cancellation policy

When you book we will ask you for a credit card / debit card number and expiry date to secure the booking. We will only use this card in the event of a late cancellation.

Policy for a booking of 1-2 rooms - The hotel will accept your cancellation without penalty up to 48 hours before your arrival. This is defined as being before 4pm (the hotels check-in time) on the day before you are due to stay.

Policy for a booking of 3-5 rooms - The hotel will accept your cancellation without penalty up to 7 days before your arrival. This is defined as being before 4pm (the hotels check-in time) 7 days before you are due to stay.

Policy for a booking of 6-10 rooms - The hotel will accept your cancellation without penalty up to 21 days before your arrival. This is defined as being before 4pm (the hotels check-in time) 21 days before you are due to stay.

What if you have to cancel?
In the event you cancel your booking inside the cancellation period we will attempt to fill your room If your room cannot be filled, the hotel will debit your card with the cost of your stay less any nights your room has been filled.

Please also note we are unable to accommodate children under 12 years old.
