Room hire
All day (9:00am to 5:00pm or part thereof) £120.
Half day (9:00am to 1:00pm or 1:00pm to 5:00pm) £65.
What's included in the room price?
- Flip chart easel / white board. A1 flip chart pads are available at £8 each (please request at time of booking).
- High speed wireless Internet access.
- PCMCIA or USB wireless adaptors (1 x card and 2 x USB available).
- Water on the tables.
- Imperial mints on the tables.
- Tables laid out in board room, "U" shaped board room or school room style. Details here.
Other optional costs
- High quality tilting Nobo 150cm x 150cm projection screen is £10 per day.
- Hire of Over Head Projectors
and LCD projectors can be arranged.
- Lunch options starting at £6.00 per delegate. Some examples here.
- Wired Internet access (One RJ45 connection) is £10 per day
- Tea and coffee are available at £1.75 per serving per person.
- Licensed bar.
- Stationary (pad and pencil or pen) available at £2.00 per delegate +VAT (please request at time of booking).
