The Melbourne View Hotel is ideally situated
for easy access to Donington Park with some great facilities.
We are half a mile from the Paddock entrance and just over a mile
from the main entrance. We have many race teams, drivers and
riders staying with us during the season and as enthusiasts ourselves
we'll ensure you are very welcome and well looked after.
Track Day Competitors
- As part of your stay you may require secure overnight storage for
your track day car or bike. We have a large secure garage where you
can keep your valuable machinery safe ensuring a good nights sleep.
- The hotel has a large car park with space for lorry's and trailers.
- The owners of the hotel race a 1982
Lola and are very aware of your needs as well as extremely familier with the circuit.
- We are not in a busy location making your vehicle or bikes security
greater.
- The hotel is small and friendly with a well stocked residents bar and excellent restaurant. All your needs can be catered for without
having to go out of the hotel.
- Videos of bike and car racing are always available in the bar.
We also have plenty of motorsport related books and magazines available.
Car Clubs
- We have many car clubs stay at the hotel. If your club would like
to meet here for breakfast or stay all in one place the night
before your track day then we can provide the ideal location.
Track Day Services
- If you are very unlucky and have a "bit of an off" we can help.
We can collect your car or bike from the circuit on our car transporter
trailer and either run you and your car/bike home or store your car/bike
in our on
site secure storage area for collection by you at a later date.
- We can provide storage for track day cars (subject to availability).
- We can provide storage for track day accessories such as wheels
and tyres (subject to availability).
- We can deliver cars and accessories to Donington Park subject to
availability and advance booking.
